How is recognizing this as a meta-category, as problem sizes go? I never think about cleaning my house, I think about dusting, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. And even that I sometimes break down into, well, cleaning the bathroom has cleaning the mirror, the sink, the counter, the tub, the toilet, washing the floor. It is much easier to get up and clean the mirror than to CLEAN THE HOUSE.
So is there a way that we can think about breaking down "expanding areas where it is okay to ask for help" into smaller tasks?
